My stay at the hotel was near the end of our trip, and though the room had twin beds and no view, it was a comfortable stay overall. The service was absolutely lovely, especially with the ground floor restaurant offering a splendid view of the harbor. The location at the marina in Nuevo Vallarta was perfect for easy access to restaurants and enjoying the warm weather. However, I found the dining options quite minimal and the hotel could improve the kitchen amenities.
This hotel is perfectly located on Marina Nuevo Vallarta, offering great convenience and beautiful views. Although the rooms are small with twin beds and no view, the large bathroom compensates for it. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond expectations and being incredibly helpful. The dining experience was basic but good, best enjoyed outdoors with a view of the marina. The easy walk to the beach and the malecon right outside adds to the overall charm of the location.
A superb hotel with wonderful rooms and exceptional service in a perfect location. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the facilities could have been better.
